The owners
Rob and Tina are both graduates of the University of Washington. Rob has his degree in Finance and Tina’s is in Management. They are both passionate about building a viable business that serves its employees and community. They have three children, Tyson 5yr, Savanna 2yr, and Stella born August 2010. To relax, they both enjoy reading, afternoon walks or rollerblading, and family movie night-Toy Story 3 is sure to get the house laughing.

Laurin has been with Scott Coatings since 2007.  Prior to working at Scott Coatings, Laurin, who is originally from Michigan, was a Project Manager at a global designer and manufacturer of filtration systems.  Laurin has a degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as his MBA.  “I enjoy navigating all the facets of the many projects we have going on at once”.  He also really enjoys the operations end of business and applying procedures and techniques to make the company more efficient.  In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors, mountain biking, skiing, and travelling.

Trish Tennison
Lead Accountant
Trish Tennison serves as the Lead Accountant for Scott Coatings, LLC. She comes to Scott Coatings after running her own construction company for 10 years.  “I am excited about channeling the skills I have acquired over the last ten years into ensuring that Scott Coatings achieves its vision and remains a profitable company”. She enjoys the process of developing and implementing new procedures. “There is always something coming or going, I’m never bored”. Trish is a single mother of two and enjoys reading, hiking and connecting with friends and family.

Janice Ferre
Office & Project Administrator
Janice is the newest member of the Scott Coatings team. While she is new to corporate America, she is a quick learner who is eager to be trained on everything that makes up the commercial painting business. “I’m excited and nervous all at the same time to learn all there is to this industry and company.” Janice is known for her upbeat personality and is often reminded that she smiles entirely too much. Janice has been married for 5 years and enjoys reading, singing, dancing, quoting movies, doing puzzles, and playing cards
